Capital Raises
Our capital raising services include structuring and placing equity, mezzanine and debt from private sources of capital. Typical financings include growth capital, acquisition financing, recapitalizations and buyouts.
CM&M assists clients from the design of a capital raising strategy through execution of the transaction. We help formulate a client's optimal capital structure based on the company's strategic long term objectives, and we identify the most cost-effective financial instruments available, that minimizes shareholder dilution while maximizing the likelihood of market success. Once the strategy has been set, we make recommendations on specific terms and conditions to ensure that our clients have flexibility to execute its growth strategy at acceptable levels of financial risk.
We use our understanding of the financial markets and our client's objectives to prepare an offering memorandum that best conveys the investment opportunity and supports the valuation expectations of our client. The appropriate capital providers are identified and contacted. We evaluate multiple proposals and help select the best capital partners. CM&M's senior professionals lead discussions at each step of the process and manage all negotiations to achieve advantageous pricing and terms for our clients.
