They execute transactions effectively and strive to define and assess the best business alternatives for our clients. Our professionals have played a key role in building a number of organizations that support entrepreneurs in the region. CM&M principals were founding members of the Association for Corporate Growth (Connecticut Chapter) and the Crossroads Venture Fair, the largest event for early stage companies in the Northeast. They also serve on non-profit boards such as the MIT Enterprise Forum, the Advisory Board of the Connecticut Software Cluster, and the Connecticut Venture Group.
