FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE SureSource LLC Acquires Leading Consumer Electronics E-tailer SOUTHPORT, Connecticut, November 1, 2008 -- Carter Morse & Mathias today announced that SureSource LLC, a portfolio company of Veronis Suhler Stevenson (“VSS”), a leading private equity investor, has acquired a leading consumer electronics online retailer (the “Company”). Carter Morse & Mathias was the exclusive financial advisor to the Company. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. The Company is a leading multi-site specialty online retailer of consumer electronics. Through direct relationships with the largest manufacturers in the world, the Company offers more than 3,000 products ranging in price from less than $100 to more than $10,000. This acquisition complements SureSource’s direct-to-consumer strategy and expands their category store initiatives. This acquisition also leverages SureSource’s strong consumer interaction and order fulfillment infrastructure.
