Aztec is one of the country’s largest electronics repair companies specializing in telecommunications and data processing equipment repair. The company, head-quartered in Norwalk, was a long-time client of CM&M and was seeking strategic acquisitions. The owner’s former employer, TIE Communications, was selling their repair business. We raised the capital necessary to provide 100% financing on an attractive fixed rate basis and structured the transaction such that it would not impact Aztec’s ability to continue to grow. Since this transaction closed, Aztec sold out to consolidator. |
