Enherent hired CM&M to explore strategic options for the company. We advised the company which closed on an $8 million private placement of Senior Participating Convertible Preferred Stock and 4 million Warrants from Tudor Investments Corporation, The Travelers Indemnity Company and EFG Eurofinancial Investment Company. |
