(ADS) was a health care information technology company that provided an innovative system for capturing, processing and analyzing utilization, cost and outcomes data for surgical procedures. After beta-testing the technology, the company sought a strategic buyer to launch commercially. The company was acquired by Cardinal Health, whose Owen Healthcare subsidiary is the nation's leading provider of fully integrated contract hospital pharmacy services. A principal of CM&M served as ADS’ exclusive financial advisor in the transaction. |
