Foodservice plc ("AGA"), based the
United Kingdom, is a leading producer of
premium range cookers and refrigerators for
the domestic, commercial and bakery markets
and is a provider of high end home products.
Domain Home Fashion is a 26 location designer
and retailer of high-end home furnishings for
the kitchen, living and bedroom throughout the
Northeast. The acquisition of Domain provided
AGA with an entry into the U.S. market and a
platform for AGA’s expansion throughout
North America. A principal of CM&M served
as AGA’s exclusive financial advisor in the
