Dinex International, headquartered in Glastonbury, Connecticut, is a leading marketer of insulated dishware, tray line equipment and meal delivery systems for healthcare foodservice. Our firm began advising Dinex in 1994. Since then the company has grown six fold and has become the industry standard for healthcare systems, equipment and tray-top products. CM&M advised Dinex during a critical moment when Seco Products, one of its chief competitors owned by a private equity firm, went bankrupt. The trustee was selling the business to the first bona fide buyer. We mobilized and advised on the purchase of the assets and arranged the bank financing; all within three weeks of the bankruptcy announcement. In addition, CM&M advises Dinex on a regular basis with respect to building shareholder value and related corporate finance issues. |
