Field Service Associates (FSA), headquartered in Shelton, Connecticut, had developed state of the art technology for the maintenance and repair of environmental control systems. The founder realized he could not capitalize on the significant opportunity without additional capital and national distribution. FSA was sold to Wahlco, Inc., a New York Stock Exchange Company.
