LLC (OPUS-ISM), based in Little Falls, NJ, is a leading provider of retail pharmacy management systems and workflow technology.
OPUS-ISM and a predecessor company, OPUS CORE
Corporation, engaged CM&M in 2004 to develop a strategy for building shareholder value in the midst of industry consolidation.
This led to the merger with Interactive
Systems & Management Corp. in January
2005, becoming OPUS-ISM, the largest
independent vendor in the NY Tri-state area.
In 2007, OPUS-ISM engaged CM&M to arrange,
structure and negotiate the sale of the
company to a California-based private equity group. CM&M was OPUS-ISM's exclusive
financial advisor in this transaction and the the 2004 merger. |
