Outsourcing Unlimited, Inc. (OUI) was a leading provider of training, programming and implementation services to the Avaya voice and data marketplace. Seeking to solidify its position with Avaya resellers, the company sought a strategic partner that would provide preferred vendor access to resellers nationwide. The company sold a controlling interest to ScanSource, Inc., whose Catalyst Telecom division is the largest distributor of Avaya products in the U.S. A principal of CM&M served as OUI’s exclusive financial advisor in the transaction. |
