Proceed North America LLC (Proceed), based in Stamford, Connecticut, is a leading developer and marketer of packaged services for enterprise software applications. Proceed engaged our firm to assist in finding a strategic partner to accelerate and fund its growth plan. The company was sold to Technology Solutions Company (TSC) (Nasdaq: TSCC) under an asset purchase agreement whereby Proceed will continue to serve as a primary implementation partner for SAP Direct Packaged Services in the U.S. CM&M was Proceed's exclusive financial advisor in the transaction. |
