Progressus Therapy, Inc. (Progressus), based in Tampa, Florida, is the nation’s largest multi-state provider of speech, occupational, and physical therapists to public school districts. After three years of rapid growth, Progressus engaged CM&M to refine its business strategy, identify strategic buyers, and represent the company in a managed auction. The company was sold to Sylvan Education Solutions, a subsidiary of Educate, Inc., the nation’s leading provider of supplemental education and support services to public and non-public schools. CM&M was Progressus’ exclusive financial advisor in arranging, structuring and negotiating the transaction. |
