Kelson Pediatric Partners (Kelson) is the nation’s leading provider of pediatric-focused management services, with a network of over 500 primary care pediatricians, pediatric subspecialists, and mid-level practitioners. Seeking to diversify and leverage its physician practice management business, Kelson acquired a pediatric-focused specialty pharmacy business. Due to regulatory constraints, the company engaged CM&M to assist in evaluating strategic options for the new business unit, including a possible divestiture to a venture-backed entity. |
