Jon Michaels is a Vice President at Carter Morse & Goodrich. Jon is responsible for M&A transaction execution, valuation analysis, and business development.

Prior to joining CMG, Jon was a Senior Associate at Great Rock Capital, where he focused on underwriting and managing a portfolio of secured loans across the middle-market. Prior to that, he was a graduating member of General Electric Aviation’s Financial Management Program. Jon grew up helping both of his parents with their own small businesses and understands all that goes into running a successful family-owned company.

Jon attended The University of Vermont and graduated with a BSBA in Finance and a minor in Statistics.
