CMG Foundation

Since its founding in 1987, CMG has built a culture of engaging in the communities in which we work and live.  Whether it is being on boards of meaningful charities, leading business associations, supporting community initiatives or coaching youth sports, giving back has always been a core tenant of CMG and all of our employees.

In 2021, we institutionalized this tradition by establishing and funding the Carter Morse & Goodrich Charitable Foundation. CMG contributes a percentage of its profits annually to the Foundation.

The mission of the CMG Foundation is to support organizations that promote entrepreneurship, innovation, and professional development in the communities where we live and work and help individuals attain economic independence and entrepreneurial success by unlocking the full potential of each person and encourage self-improvement.

The Foundation donates to a broad range of charitable organizations that:

• Create a culture of innovation and entrepreneurship in schools and communities
• Inspire young people to pursue creative lives and careers through invention and entrepreneurship
• Unlock the full potential of each person
• Encourage individuals to improve themselves
• Make our business communities more inclusive

In addition, CMG has created a Matching Gift Program that matches employees’ charitable donations to eligible nonprofit organizations of their choice. Further CMG employees continue to become directly involved in hands-on community projects such as Habitat for Humanity and Push for Entrepreneurship.
