Giving Back

Since its founding in 1987, CMG has built a culture of community involvement and giving back. After 35 years, we have institutionalized this tradition by creating and funding a charitable foundation to assist organizations that support entrepreneurship, innovation, and professional development in communities where we live and work. Following several years of gratifying success, we are committed to expanding our efforts to “give back” at all levels of the organization.

The Foundation’s Mission

To promote entrepreneurship, innovation, and professional development for the communities in which we live and work.

The Foundation donates to a broad range of charitable organizations that:

Help individuals attain economic independence by advancing educational achievement and entrepreneurial success
Create a culture of innovation and entrepreneurship in schools and communities
Inspire young people to pursue creative lives and careers through invention and entrepreneurship
Unlock the full potential of each person
Encourage individuals to improve themselves
Make our business communities more inclusive

Employee Engagement Programs

In addition, CMG has created a Matching Gift Program that matches employees’ charitable donations to eligible nonprofit organizations of their choice. Further CMG employees continue to become directly involved in hands-on community projects such as Habitat for Humanity and Push for Entrepreneurship.
