Carter Morse & Goodrich is pleased to announce that Zack Chudry has joined the firm as an Associate. In this role, Zack will focus on transaction execution and support CMG’s business development efforts, working closely with founders, families, and management teams throughout the M&A process.
“We are excited to welcome Zack to CMG,” said Terry Hannafin, Partner at Carter Morse & Goodrich. “Zack brings meaningful transaction experience from a high-quality boutique platform and a strong analytical foundation. His hands-on execution capabilities make him a terrific addition to our team as we continue to grow and deepen our support for family- and owner-operated businesses.”
Zack focuses on advising clients across the full M&A transaction lifecycle, including navigating multi-workstream diligence processes, developing detailed financial models, and articulating key investment merits to senior decision-makers.
Prior to joining CMG, Zack spent four years at FE International, a technology-focused boutique investment bank, where he advised founders on nearly $1 billion of completed transactions across the SaaS, MarTech, and Tech-Enabled Services sectors.
Zack earned a B.A. in Economics from New York University and also studied at NYU Abu Dhabi. He holds FINRA Series 7, 63, and 79 securities licenses.
Outside of work, Zack enjoys spending time with his family, exploring art history through museums and exhibitions, swimming, and unwinding with a game of chess.
