CMG’s Michael Carter spoke at the Connecticut Bar Association’s Business Law Section meeting on advising lawyers regarding business valuation.
He provided attendees with a “Seat of the Pants” valuation methodology, highlighted six key value drivers attorneys should understand, and offered guidance on how to interpret and appropriately challenge an investment banker’s valuation analysis.
