Michael Carter featured presenter at Connecticut Bar Association event, “LOIs that Optimize”

CMG Managing Partner, Michael Carter will be presenting on how transaction lawyers can increase the likelihood that the letter of intent (LOI) becomes the foundation for a successful transaction. Michael Carter will highlight the issues that are most problematic, discuss the gamesmanship that occurs and provide advice on how to reduce a clients' transaction risk.

Joining Michael Carter for this presentation will be Rich Izzi, Partner at Marcum LLP, an expert on Quality of Earnings reports.
