Ramsey Goodrich to speak at Capital Roundtable's "Building Successful Exit Strategies" conference

CMG Managing Partner Ramsey Goodrich will be moderating a panel at The Capital Roundtable’s full-day conference on Best Practices for Building Successful Exit Strategies, taking place Thursday, December 5, 2019 in midtown Manhattan. The panel, entitled “It’s All About Timing — What to Consider When Assessing Readiness” includes both private equity investors and business owners and how they consider timing when initiating a transition process. This all day seminar has more than 75 investors, transaction professionals and subject matter experts attending from around the country.
