The A2L refrigerant transition that shaped much of 2025 is largely behind us, channel inventories are beginning to normalize, and several indicators suggest equipment volumes have reached, or are approaching, a bottom. While stabilization does not yet mean broad-based strength, commercial HVAC demand, particularly across data centers, healthcare and infrastructure, continues to provide an important counterweight to residential affordability challenges.
