CMG Named Finalist for "Corporate/Strategic Deal of the Year"

Carter Morse & Goodrich ("CMG") is proud to announce that Glanbia Nutritionals' acquisition of Watson, Inc. was named as a finalist for the M&A Advisor - Corporate/Strategic Deal of the Year. CMG served as the exclusive financial advisor to Watson, Inc. on this transaction.

This nomination for CMG follows being awarded the International Deal of the Year by M&A Advisor earlier in the year for a sale of an industrial company to a Canadian buyer.
