Arden Cohen is an Associate at Carter Morse & Goodrich, where he is actively involved in M&A advisory execution, valuation analysis, and marketing initiatives.
Prior to joining CMG, Arden was a Private Equity Associate at AUA Private Equity Partners, where he led the underwriting and execution of middle-market investments. Before that, he was an Investment Banking Analyst at Lazard, advising middle-market companies on sell-side M&A engagements.
Arden grew up in New York City, where he spent his time running in Central Park, playing hockey at Chelsea Piers, and spending time with his family. He attended the University of Notre Dame, where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Financeand a Master of Science in Business Analytics (MSBA). While at Notre Dame, Arden was a varsity letterman on the men’s lacrosse team.
