Erica Scioscia is Head of Human Resources at Carter Morse & Goodrich. With nearly 30 years of HR experience, she leads the firm’s people strategy and HR operations. Ms. Scioscia holds degrees in Psychology and Government & Law from Lafayette College and is a member of SHRM.
Outside the office, Ms. Scioscia serves as Treasurer of the Weston Library Board and Chair of its Investment Committee, chairs the HR Committee at Norfield Congregational Church, and volunteers with PAWS in Norwalk. She previously served as Co-President of the Weston Women’s League. She lives in Weston with her husband and two children.
