Kyle Crowley is an Associate at Carter Morse & Goodrich, where his responsibilities include M&A deal execution, business development, and marketing initiatives.
Kyle joined CMG in July 2026 after seven years at PricewaterhouseCoopers (“PwC”). Most recently a Senior Manager in the firm’s Deals practice, he specialized in Quality of Earnings and other financial due diligence analyses, advising both strategic and private equity clients on buy-side and sell-side transactions. He began his career in PwC’s Banking and Capital Markets audit practice before moving into the Deals practice.
Kyle graduated from the University of Richmond with a major in Accounting and a concentration in Finance, and he holds his CPA license.
