Zack Chudry is an Associate at Carter Morse & Goodrich, where he focuses on deal execution and assisting with new business origination. Zack helps advise clients throughout the entire M&A transaction lifecycle, navigating multi‑workstream diligence processes, developing detailed financial models, and communicating key investment merits to senior decision‑makers.
Before joining CMG, Zack spent four years at FE International, a technology focused boutique investment bank, where he advised founders on nearly $1 billion worth of transactions across the SaaS, MarTech and Tech-Enabled Services sub-sectors.
Zack attended New York University and earned a B.A. in Economics with additional academic experience from NYU Abu Dhabi. He also holds the Series 7, 63, and 79 securities licenses.
Outside of work, Zack enjoys spending time with his family, delving into art history through museums and art exhibitions, swimming, and unwinding with a game of chess.
