Today, we are pleased to spotlight Tim Shanley, a seasoned executive and serial CEO with deep expertise in food & beverage companies. He specializes in accelerating value creation by transforming teams, fostering an ownable brand identity, and focusing on operational excellence. His experience guiding companies through growth, operational improvement, and successful exits brings valuable perspective to founders and investors navigating today’s evolving consumer landscape.

His unique background (leadership, engineering, branding, sales, manufacturing) in a variety of categories (meat, confection, ice cream, coffee, sauces) is ideally suited to build incredible value in middle market businesses. Tim’s background spans decades of building and transforming consumer brands, with a strong focus on strategic positioning, product innovation, and scaling organizations in competitive markets.

Most recently, Tim served as President and CEO of Charcuterie Artisans following senior leadership roles with several private equity backed portfolio companies including Carvel Ice Cream, Ronnoco Coffee and Victoria Fine Foods. Tim is also currently an Operating Partner with Huron Capital and Chairman of the Reagan Sloane Shanley Fund inspired by his daughter’s “rhythm and determination”, it is dedicated to creating opportunities where individuals with intellectual disabilities can thrive.
