Business Description

Cranston Print Works Company, Inc. (CPW), founded in 1807, is the nation’s oldest textile printing company. It also has operations in specialty chemicals and trucking services.

The Company required a senior debt financing to provide sufficient working capital to allow it to fund its multi-year business plan.

Carter Morse & Mathias arranged, structured and negotiated asset based financing from Wells Fargo Business Credit and a separate, concurrent facility with Woodside Capital Partners, a New England based private equity firm.
