Its solutions included customized shopper marketing solutions, shopper insights, and category management; and brand building in stores, shopper-centric assortment and merchandising, and total store pharmacy solutions.
Interscope’s five partners were seeking to accelerate the company’s business with a partner that provided significant financial resources and an international footprint, thus enabling Interscope to deliver additional value to its client base.
Carter Morse & Mathias arranged and negotiated the sale of Interscope to GfK Custom Research, a division of GfK SE (XTRA:GFK), a major market research company headquartered in Germany with revenues of more than €1.2 billion.
