CMG Managing Partner, Michael Carter, will be attending the Alliance of International Corporate Advisors (AICA) Global Conference in London, UK May 14-15.
AICA is a global alliance of 40 independent middle market M&A advisory firms spanning 68 local offices in 38 countries across 6 continents. CMG was a founding member of AICA in 2019 and has been active ever since.
As in past global conferences, member firms will gather together to share best practices, strengthen cross border relationships, and explore new ways to better serve our clients, especially in an increasingly international M&A environment.
Nearly 20% of our closed transactions were with buyers outside of the United States and AICA gives us valuable local, trusted, boots on the ground partners across the globe.
