Carter Morse & Goodrich is thrilled to welcome Arden Cohen to the CMG family as an Associate. In this role, Arden will be actively leading our deal execution activities and assisting with new client development initiatives. Arden will continue to work closely with founders, families and management teams as they navigate their once-in-a-lifetime transactions.
Prior to joining CMG, Arden was a Private Equity Associate at AUA Private Equity Partners, an operationally focused middle-market investment firm that has deployed over $700 million of capital to date. While at AUA, Arden led the underwriting and execution of middle-market investments. Prior to AUA, he worked as an Investment Banking Analyst at Lazard, advising middle-market companies on sell-side M&A engagements.

Arden earned both a bachelor’s degree in Finance and a Master of Science in Business Analytics from the University of Notre Dame, where he was captain of the men’s lacrosse team. He was then drafted 3rd overall in the Premier Lacrosse League (“PLL”) and played four years for the California Redwoods while also working full time.
