Carter Morse & Goodrich is pleased to spotlight Senior Advisor William E. Newbauer III, an accomplished executive with more than three decades of leadership experience in manufacturing, HVAC, distribution, and building products.
Bill currently serves as CEO of The Nudyne Group, a third-generation company of strategically aligned manufacturing businesses serving the HVAC market across five states. Since becoming the company’s first full-time CEO in 2022, he has led multiple acquisitions while continuing to drive organic growth across the organization.
Bill began his career at Hubbell Electric Heater Company in 1991 and advanced through leadership roles in sales, operations, and executive management before becoming President. During his tenure, the organization grew from 25 employees to more than 280 through a combination of strategic acquisitions and organic expansion.
His experience leading operating companies, executing M&A transactions, and building long-term growth strategies provides valuable insight to founder-led and family-owned businesses evaluating opportunities for growth, succession, or a liquidity event.
