As part of its oversight duties, Cranston’s board wanted to better understand the Company’s strategic options and sought the advice of an experienced investment banker
CPW hired Carter Morse & Mathias to assist the management team and the Board of Directors to evaluate a range of strategic alternatives. Since this assignment, Carter Morse & Mathias has worked with the Company on several assignments, most recently arranging, structuring and negotiating $25 million of senior debt and mezzanine capital.
