Seeking to solidify its position with Avaya resellers, the Company sought a strategic partner that would provide preferred vendor access to resellers nationwide.
The Company sold a controlling interest to ScanSource, Inc., whose Catalyst Telecom division was the largest distributor of Avaya products in the U.S. A principal of Carter Morse & Mathias served as OUI’s exclusive financial advisor in the transaction.
