Carter Morse & Goodrich is excited to welcome Kyle Crowley to the firm as an Associate. Kyle will play an important role on CMG’s transaction team, helping founders, families and management teams navigate the complex financial and strategic decisions involved in achieving a successful transaction.
Kyle joins CMG following seven years at PricewaterhouseCoopers (“PwC”), where he most recently served as a Senior Manager in the firm’s Deals practice. There, he specialized in Quality of Earnings and other financial due diligence analyses, advising strategic and private equity clients on both buy-side and sell-side transactions.
Kyle began his career in PwC’s Banking and Capital Markets audit practice before transitioning to the Deals practice. He graduated from the University of Richmond with a major in Accounting and a concentration in Finance and is a Certified Public Accountant.
